My name is Christina Thompson and I have been a certified and professional groomer for 11 years. I love my work and take great pride in the services I provide. I have experience handling dogs with challenging behaviors as they relate to grooming. I will work with you to help you be able to keep your dog looking their best! I will not de-mat an entire dog, however I will use various products and te

chniques to avoid completely shaving your dog. I can also talk with you to discuss different things that you can do at home to prevent matting. If you have any questions I would be happy to help. Second reminder,

If you need to pick up late please contact us PRIOR to drop off to ensure that a groomer is able to stay late to accommodate your request, as we are have family and after work commitments too. If you wait to ask until the day of your appointment and we are unable to accommodate and you cannot make other pick up arrangements you will be asked to reschedule and the cost of the "missed" appointment will be charged.

Every once in a while we have to do some policy refreshers, today is one of those days. I am going to post a feel separate reminders so please bare with me.

First and most important, if we have not contacted you to let you know that your pet is ready, they are NOT ready. If you come in and your dog is on the table, their grooming will be stopped (done or not) and the full price of the grooming will be charged. Keep in mind that this is for your pets safety as well as their groomers sanity.
