Ridley is cute, right? But you know what is also special about Ridley? She's GREAT at doing the weave poles! Her owner Sarah tells us why:

"My Aussie learned to weave with the Clean Run online Ninja Weaves class a few years ago, and I can’t say enough about how great that course was in teaching independent weaving! Each lesson, including Karen’s video examples, my submitted videos, and Karen’s feedback on how we did, was instrumental in helping us work through any difficulties. Ongoing training in everything is critical, so I jumped at the chance of taking Karen’s Extreme Ninja Weave course! Wow! I loved these extremely challenging weave entries presented! We really needed more dedicated weave practice, and this course delivered. Thanks, Karen, for your ongoing, high-level, and professional agility instruction!" --Sarah

Do you want your dog to be a great weaver like Ridley? Well, you're in luck! Both of Karen Holik's courses are starting on June 3rd! Check the c o m m e n t s below for more information or just visit Clean Run's website.

Thanks, Sarah, for sharing your story with us!

We're celebrating Monica Percival, who changed the sport of agility for the better as a pioneer, trainer, educator, and innovator. At Clean Run and Clip & Go Agility, we are grateful for everything Monica's done, and this week, we're sharing some thoughts from other agility notables, like today's message from Mark Bills:

"Over the past week, many respected leaders and instructors in the Agility community have shared how Monica Percival has impacted both the sport we love and their lives personally. I want to thank everyone who took the time to share their thoughts and stories.

What stood out most was how easy it was to ask. People were genuinely eager to contribute, and that alone speaks volumes about the incredible impact Monica has had on all of us.

On a personal level, my partnership with Clean Run and Monica has changed my life. I went from owning a business supporting the automotive industry to applying my skills to a sport I’m truly passionate about. Clip and Go Agility would never have achieved its success without Monica and Clean Run's support.

As we move forward, my mission has grown even stronger. With Monica’s guidance, and alongside the amazing teams at Clip and Go Agility and Clean Run, we remain committed to supporting and growing the Agility community through the best products, learning opportunities, and customer service possible.

Thank you, Monica, for everything you’ve done for this community and for so many of us personally."

At Clean Run and Clip & Go Agility, we are grateful for everything Monica's done, and this week, we're sharing some thoughts from other agility notables, like today's message from Leslie McDevitt:

"When I met Monica, I was a nerd with a dream of getting an article published in Clean Run Magazine. She gave me a chance, and because of her belief in me, I ended up writing three books for her, teaching so many webinars, and co-creating the Control Unleashed Conferences and the whole CU Instructor certification program!!!! Without Monica’s patience, generosity, willingness, and ability to rein me in and make me focus and complete tasks, none of this would have happened. Monica has been the left side of my brain for many years. I have repaid her with whimsy, rainbows, and one thousand tiny resin ducks hidden all over the warehouse. So happy for you, my dear friend. Can’t wait to see your next adventure!"

This week, we're celebrating Monica Percival, who changed the sport of agility for the better as a pioneer, trainer, educator, and innovator. At Clean Run and Clip & Go Agility, we are grateful for everything Monica's done, and this week, we're sharing some thoughts from other agility notables, like today's message from Irene & Al Lamphere:

"Max 200 was incorporated in 1980, and our target market was the obedience competitor. This was because Al Lamphere - one of the owners - was teaching classes and competing in obedience trials, and we brought a booth to many events, selling dumbbells, scent articles, ring gating, leashes, and collars to the exhibitors. In the late 80's, we started hearing the word "agility" floating in the air at these events, and when we inquired about it, EVERYONE said, "Contact Monica" if you want to learn about it.

So we did. We went to a USDAA competition in Carmel, New York - Contact Agility - and watched the event. We were impressed with the event because the exhibitors and the dogs were having so much fun. We realized that this was going to be a very popular sport. We struck up a business relationship that weekend with Monica and Pipe Dreams Agility, which was one of the two companies in the country making equipment at that time. Without Monica's help and guidance, Max200 would not be the company it is today. Agility helped us grow the company. We have maintained a strong business relationship and, more importantly, a wonderful friendship with her for all these years.

Thank you, Monica. We wish you the best in your future semi-retirement. We will keep in touch."

At Clean Run and Clip & Go Agility, we are grateful for everything Monica's done, and this week, we're sharing some thoughts from other agility notables, like today's message from Sandy Rogers:

"I appreciate the opportunity to speak of Monica Percival, but I do not find it easy.

Her efforts to improve the agility experience for everyone have positively impacted our sport for decades. Clean Run Magazine made agility accessible; anyone who subscribed had access to training and handling methods, and even blueprints for building your own equipment were in the magazine.

Clean Run grew as our needs grew. Soon, it wasn’t just a magazine anymore; the CR store became another extremely important source for competitors, students, and instructors.

Monica was able to be a step ahead because she was first and foremost a competitor herself, and she listened to competitors and manufacturers, bridging important gaps, and she still does.

When Clean Run and Power Paws teamed up to host the massive agility camps on both coasts, I was lucky enough to be on the team. That is when Monica and I became good friends, relating on a deep level when it came to agility, dogs, teaching, competing, and improving.

Monica took a chance on my ability. She produced my work, gave me teaching gigs, and offered me a monthly column in the magazine. I wrote for Clean Run for nine years. She made everything I did better.

Monica, I consider you a friend and mentor. Your impact on my career changed my life. I am forever grateful. Thank you."
