Look at that MAGIC 🪄 💖💕💗🌸
Today I had a client come in for color, but the foundation to start was a littleeee wild! She had super tight curly hair and it started to get compacted/ matted together. The owner expressed to me how she wanted to keep her fluffy- so in agreement to setting her on a 3-4 week schedule i decided to go ahead and attempt to dematt her ENTIRE body!
*disclaimer: because she handled the brushing so well i was able to remove them all without harming her or causing discomfort! However matting does pull against the skin & may be uncomfortable for many dogs with sensitive skin, temperment & coat type. We got lucky here! 🐕
Before bathing we prepped her with THE STUFF! And started working those curls loose. In the tub we washed her twice getting a lot of dirt out of the coat & then some conditioner & MORE brushing. Once the coat was clean i was able to see what exactly i was working with! We fluffed dried and prepped her trim before the color and BOOM. 💥 my potion to pawfection was complete!
I expect to see this pup again in 4 weeks!
