🐾❤️ October is National Adopt-a-Dog Month! ❤️🐾

There’s something pretty special about the dog who chooses you, the one who goes from waiting for a home to becoming part of your family. Adoption can change a dog’s life—and they have a way of changing ours right back. 🥰

This is Dr. Masterton's adopted fur-baby Bates, he snuck into her life as a "foster fail" 6 years ago and he hasn't left her side since.

If you have an adopted pup, we’d love to see them! 📸 Share a picture of your adopted dog in the comments and tell us a little about their story.

🐾🚶‍♀️ National Walk Your Dog Week is October 1–7! 🐶

It’s the perfect excuse to grab the leash and get outside with your best friend! Walks are a great way to help your dog stay physically fit, burn some extra calories, keep those joints moving, and provide important mental stimulation. 👃🐾

Letting your pup stop and sniff along the way is more than just a leisurely break—it gives them a chance to explore their surroundings and engage their minds. Plus, walks are a great opportunity to strengthen your bond and enjoy some quality time together! ❤️

📸 Now we want to see your walking buddies! Share a picture of your dog enjoying a walk in the comments below! 🐕

Everyone, meet Benny! 🐾❤️

This adorable 13-week-old Pitty Mix came in for his very first visit and somehow managed to steal all of our hearts! 🥹

Those puppy eyes, those ears, that face… we’re pretty sure Benny has already figured out how to get whatever he wants around here. 😉

Welcome to the Cleveland Veterinary Clinic family, Benny!

🚨 Employee Spotlight: Leimaka 🚨

Dr. Hughes’ right-hand girl is hard at work! 💼🐶

Leimaka’s daily duties include:
🐾 Supervising from the floor
🐾 Taking frequent, highly necessary naps
🐾 Providing moral support
🐾 And, of course, being adorable enough to keep the whole clinic running

She may not actually do any "work", but we’re pretty sure the place would fall apart without her. 😂

Employee of the month? Obviously. Employee of the year? Also obviously. 🏆🐾

🐾Look at Ivy grow! 💕

This adorable Corgi puppy, Ivy, has been coming to see us for her puppy vaccines, and we can’t believe how much she’s grown in just ONE month! 🥹🐶

Look at her before & after — Ivy has gained a whopping 3 pounds! 🎉 That may not sound like much, but when you’re a little Corgi puppy, that’s a BIG growth spurt!

We’re loving watching this sweet girl grow up and look forward to all of her future puppy adventures! 🐾💗

Some Puppies Sit... Some Hang Upside Down 🙃

Everyone help us welcome Ottis to the Cleveland Veterinary Clinic family!

This goofy guy spent part of his visit happily hanging upside down in our technician's arms, completely relaxed and soaking up all the attention. 😂 From his silly antics to his sweet cuddles, Ottis made us laugh from start to finish.

We have a feeling this handsome pup is going to keep his family on their toes with his larger-than-life personality, and we can't wait to watch him grow!

Welcome to the CVC family, Ottis! We already can't wait to see what you do at your next visit. 🐶❤️

Thank you for all the patience we have received! However, the internet issues are going on day two. As a staff we are all using our personal phones to help take care of the clients and business. Phones are not up yet. We are working hard to resolve this dilemma!

Meet Janice (and her partner in crime, Karl)! 🐾❤️

If you've been to Cleveland Veterinary Clinic, chances are you've met Janice during a technician appointment or while helping your pet during a doctor's visit. But what you may not know is that her work doesn't stop there!

Behind the scenes, Janice is one of our incredibly skilled surgery technicians, helping ensure every procedure runs smoothly and every patient receives the best care possible.

As if that weren't enough, she's also our Technician Manager and Inventory Manager—keeping our team organized and making sure we always have the medications and supplies your pets need. If your furry family member ever requires a special medication, chances are Janice is the one working hard to track it down and get it here.

She truly is a jack of all trades, and we honestly don't know what we'd do without her. (We're still trying to figure out where she finds all that "free time!" to get this stuff done 😉)

Janice's dedication, compassion, and hard work make a difference every single day—for our patients, our clients, and our entire team.

Please join us in thanking Janice for everything she does! ❤️ And the next time you see her around the clinic, don't forget to let her know just how much she's appreciated.

Pretty in Pink! 🩷🐾

It's safe to say Dr. Masterton and sweet little Lucy understood the assignment! From pink scrubs to a pink harness, these two are proving that everything is better in pink.

Lucy may be tiny, but she's already winning hearts with her adorable personality—and matching outfits definitely don't hurt!

We think they make the cutest duo. Do you have a pet who loves to match with you? Share a picture in the comments—we'd love to see! 🩷🐶
