WagsInn is a non-traditional boarding facility. We are located close enough to the cities, but in the heart of the country. Your dogs will run with other dogs on our enclosed 15 acres. After hours of exercise and socialization, they can relax and sleep in one of our two air conditioned and heated housing facilities. For inclement weather, your dogs spend time with us inside at the WagsInn. Because

your dog is treated as if he or she were one of ours, our number one priority is to provide a safe, loving, and stimulating environment. We believe regular exercise, socialization, and affection are essential to the happiness of your dogs.

🧡 In honor of Giving Tuesday, we'd like to thank our community! We recently received donations from our Amazon Wishlist including tennis balls, toys, calming supplements for our anxious rescues, and much needed collars! Thank you so much to those of you that sent goodies our way for our beloved rescues - we truly couldn't do it without your support.

At WagsInn Rescue, we're always in need of items like blankets, toys and treats to keep our rescues comfortable and provide enrichment. We use wet dog food to entice new rescues to eat - they are often too nervous to eat plain kibble. We also use wet food as a method to get rescues to take their medications - along with cheese and peanut butter. Your donations help us tremendously!

If the words cute, silly, good-mannered and cuddle bug are your love language - then look no further than our puppy Knox!

🐶 At just over 6 months old, Knox is an active little guy - until it's time for a nap....then he's snoring! Knox came to us along with his siblings Willa, Daisy and Boone from a shelter in Kentucky in March. He was recently adopted, but through no fault of his own, Knox is back with us at WagsInn as his previous home wasn't the perfect fit for his energy.

Besides being adorable, he has grown into a confident dog, and at approximately 50lbs, he's a strong pup! He has done well with crate-training and did not have any accidents in his recent foster home stay. He's looking for his forever family - one that can guide him as he continues to mature and give him all the love he deserves!

Introducing....our Chihuahua duo!

These adorable rescues came to us on Cinco de Mayo 🪅 We welcomed them with open arms and rightfully named them Dante & Frida!

Dante & Frida were found roaming a park, dropped off at another local shelter and then made their way to a loving home of a WagsInn foster family!

🐶 Despite their rough start, these two are dominating the world together! Both Dante & Frida are timid of new people and new situations, but have really come out of their shell with their foster family - so we know with a little time and patience they will do the same for their forever family!

🧡 They love to runnnnn and zoom around the yard, play with stuffed toys and snuggle on top of each other and their person.

We're thrilled to announce that more of our beloved rescues have flown the coop!

Our handsome Comet was ADOPTED! Comet lived at WagsInn since the ripe age of 8 weeks old - he'll turn one on June 11, and we're so happy he'll be celebrating in his new home with his forever family! 🥳

Our last pups from the Toy Story litter found their forever homes recently, too! Buzz, Bonnie and Sid each found their forever homes and are enjoying life exploring, hiking and cuddling 🧡

We couldn't be happier for their next chapter - thanks so much for adopting and supporting WagsInn Rescue💚
