💜🐾 It’s hard to put into words what we think of when we talk about our Veterinary Technicians and Assistants.

They are so much more than what meets the eye. They are the caregivers, the comforters, the problem-solvers, the multitaskers, the calm in the chaos, and the people who show up every day ready to give their all for our patients.

They celebrate the victories, carry the weight of the difficult days, comfort families through heartbreak, and give their love to animals who can’t tell them how much it means.

They do so many things behind the scenes that often go unnoticed, and they do it all because they care. They care about their patients, their clients, their coworkers, and the difference they make every single day.

Being a Veterinary Technician or Assistant isn't just a job. It's a commitment, a passion, and a whole lot of heart. ❤️

This National Veterinary Technician Appreciation Week, we want our incredible team to know that we see you. We appreciate you. We are thankful for you. And we are so proud to have you as part of our Western Veterinary Clinic family.

Thank you for everything you do, even the things that are hard to explain and often go unseen. You make a difference in more lives than you will ever know. 🐾💜

🐾💜 Do you REALLY know what our amazing Veterinary Technicians do every day? 💜🐾

It’s SO much more than cuddling puppies and kittens! 🐶🐱

Our Veterinary Technicians and Assistants wear a LOT of hats every single day! From drawing blood, placing IV catheters, monitoring anesthesia, assisting with surgeries, running lab work, taking X-rays, administering medications, and caring for hospitalized patients to comforting scared pets, supporting worried owners, and sometimes helping families say goodbye to their beloved companions. ❤️

They clean, organize, restock, problem-solve, multitask, and jump in wherever they’re needed. They handle the messy moments, the stressful moments, the heartbreaking moments, and the incredible moments when a patient gets better and goes home!

And they do it all while juggling a million things at once, often behind the scenes where clients may never see just how much they do.

This National Veterinary Technician Appreciation Week, we want to say THANK YOU! Thank you for your knowledge, your compassion, your dedication, and your willingness to give so much of yourselves to the animals who need you. 💜

Our clinic simply wouldn’t be the same without you!

🐾❤️ We’re proud to share that some of our Western Veterinary Clinic team recently helped at a free rabies vaccine clinic in our community!

Vaccinating your pets against rabies is an important part of keeping them healthy and protecting our families and community. We’re grateful for the opportunity to be part of an effort that helps make preventive care more accessible to everyone.

A big thank-you to everyone who helped make this event possible! We’re proud to support our community, one pet at a time! 🐶🐱💉
