Late getting it posted but we ran down at Middle Tennessee Retriever Club two weeks ago. It was hot a weekend but always fun going down there. Good times running the trial and at dinner after. Thanks to the club members for putting in the hard work and the judges for giving up their weekend. Proud of our Amateurs this weekend. The amateur started with 43 dogs and took 13 to the waterblind. Ours went 6/6 to the waterblind.

New Field Champion and qualified for the National Open.

Dixie was the first dog I placed in a derby, finished a Qual, finished an open, and now my first FC along with the first dog I’ve qualified for the national Open. She’s been a good one to take the journey with.

We ran at River King Retriever club last weekend and were lucky enough to have dogs finish every stake. It was hot and some of the water was low but the club and judges did a great job finding safe places to run that still had quality test.

Little late posting but we’ve had two good weekends in a row. First one was Green River DQ. Hannah came with me to the derby. We ran 3 dogs and finished all 3. Including her dog Stinky Pete. We stayed home Sunday for the Q and everyone ran their own dogs. All five dogs and handlers made it through the first series clean. Alex and Ryder hung in through the whole thing and finished third.

Have a couple little guys ready to head home this weekend. If you’re looking for your next one let me know. These dogs should be able to do anything you want. We’ve got a few into some good homes and would love to get the rest into some great places. If interested in training we can work out a great deal!
