Ode to Poo - by Donene Williams.

I saw an orphan poo today
lying in the street
its only friends were several flies
who thought it was a treat

A friend said bring an extra bag
and so I picked it up
the flies flew off, they’d have to find
another poo to sup

I ask my friend why should this task
of orphans fall to me?
because they’re there, it must be done
they’re all alone you see

so when I walk I often bring
an extra bag or two
and when I scoop an orphan poo
I think, dear friend, of you.

Hey, all! Just a reminder that I do NOT work major holidays, which means I will be of work Monday, Memorial Day, May 31, 2021. I will also be off work Friday, June 25. Please make a note of these in your calendars. I have no travel plans this summer, so if you have a pup bunking here during either of those days, no worries! Hey, everyone! This is Brodie, and he needs a home for the holidays. His human passed away and the other family members neglected him, so he has some separation anxiety. He is neutered, UTD on shots, 6 or 7 years old, and about 40 pounds. He would do best in a home where humans are always around or at least other dogs are. Please send me a message if you’d like to meet this sweet boy! He is currently in Manchester, MH. 💜
