We apologize for all delays in returning calls, texts and emails as we have been by inundated with overwhelming requests for appointments! We are very lucky to have such great clients that are excited for Dr. Gruber’s return.

We are still setting things back up and as well as reacclimatizing in our normal work flow so we appreciate your patience while we reacclimatize (since it’s been close to a year!).

For now, the BEST way to request an appointment (non-emergency) is to fill out the attached Google doc and email to [email protected] so we can work on scheduling according to areas as well as triage the appointment.

Again, we are only serving DE, MD, and PA.

This appointment request form is the best way to get an appointment as the email is monitored by 3 people.

You all remember our wonderful Katy and Dr. Gruber, but we have some additional help from Lyndsay who has been a long term client of Dr. Gruber well as a degree in pre-veterinary medicine but decided to switch to humans and practices medicine in multiple settings. She also has 3 of her own horses, 4 dogs, 2 calves amongst other animals as well. She is knowledgeable about triaging appointments and will be assisting in different tasks with Dr. Gruber. If you’re wondering who the new name and face is, and you don’t already know her, it is Lyndsay!

MARYLAND clients - unfortunately at this time we are unable to see anyone in any part of Maryland.

We are currently only able to see patients in Delaware and Pennsylvania.

Sorry for this inconvenience! We should we back up and running with Maryland in the next few weeks and will update you as soon as we can on Facebook.

AREAS WE SERVE!

We have received quite a few questions about what areas Dr. Gruber services since he is licensed and sees patients in 3 states.

There is no hard limits to the location but being based out of the middle of Delaware (Dover area), we service all of Delaware, Eastern Shore Maryland and south eastern aspects of Pennsylvania. Here is a rough map of the areas but please text or email if you have questions about your area.

*** Unfortunately, our email, [email protected], appears to have been hacked. Please do not open any emails from [email protected] and we will post when the issue has been rectified.

There was an email that was sent out earlier about vaccinations which was a legitimate email, but there may be another email that you may have received, so please do not open that email!

*** Now onto the great news! Dr. Gruber has returned to the Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania area to resume mobile large and small animal veterinary services. The best way to reach us is to text us at 302-660-1557 with a detailed message and contact information to schedule your appointments. We will respond to your message as soon as possible.

Once the email issue has been resolved, we will make an update on our Facebook and Instagram pages so you are able to continue to email [email protected] to book an appointment. Please be sure to include the details of your appointment request and best method to contact you and someone from our team will be in touch.

*** 24/7 Emergency services are available but currently on a limited basis while we resume our services in the trial-state area. Please text to inquire about emergency services and please be sure to include the emergency details, the location and best way to contact you.
