As much as I started this business completely “on my own,” moments like today remind me that no small business is ever truly built alone.
This morning, on my way to my first client, my trusty dog mobile decided it had other plans… brakes grinding on Route 24 and all. Not exactly the ideal start to the day. But within 12 hours, it was back on the road and ready for tomorrow.
My dad immediately ordered the parts, loaned me his truck for the day so none of my clients would go without care, and my brother-in-law even offered up his truck too. Then after working a full day at his own job, my fiancé spent his evening replacing my brakes and rotors.
How lucky am I?
Running a business can feel overwhelming at times, but having people who believe in you, support you, and step in without hesitation means more than I can put into words. So grateful for the village behind Casper’s Canine Crew — and for clients who trust me with their pets every single day. ❤️
