Hey Four Town family--

As we gather with our families this weekend to honor those who have fallen in service of our country, we just wanted to remind you that we will be closed Monday, May 25th in observance of the holiday. In case of an emergency, there is a list of local 24 hour emergency veterinary hospitals available on our website here: https://fourtown.vet/resources

We wish you all a meaningful and thoughtful Memorial Day holiday.

Hey Four Town family! We'd like to share some recent updates to our website that might be of interest.

The first and most important thing: We've got a new web address! Yes, our old address might have gotten across some important info, but geesh, it was a bit hard to remember and even harder to type, no? So from now on, you'll find us at fourtown.vet. Much easier to remember, right? The old address will still work, too.

Secondly, if you go to our website, you might notice that we've got a few new links for you to click on. In the top right-hand corner, you'll find a link to our Blue Rabbit Online Pharmacy. In the main menu, you'll find a link called Resources, which leads to a page where you can find all sorts of useful information, including a list of local emergency and specialty hospitals.

Hey Four Town family!

We've got some great news to share. After three years working here at Four Town Vet, first as a technician, then as Team Lead, our very own Adele Hall is now our Assistant Manager! In many ways, this just formalizes and recognizes the way in which she has kept our office running smoothly and maintained our high standards of care and customer service, especially over the last year. We hope you'll join us in congratulating her!

Hey Four Town family!

Just a reminder--dog licensing season is almost upon us! We always get very busy in the last few weeks before the deadline (June 30th in almost all CT towns) so we recommend you call in as soon as is convenient to book any rabies shots or exams and to pick up your certificates.

Hey Four Town family!

This past Saturday, April 25, was World Veterinary Day! What better moment could there be to celebrate the two veterinarians who work tirelessly at Four Town Vet to give your pets the best possible care? For every appointment they see, they spend just as much time reviewing prescriptions, writing careful notes, and making themselves available to our clients on the phone. Vets don't go through years of grueling training in animal medicine because they expect to be wealthy or famous--they do it because they really, sincerely, love animals and want to help them have the most comfortable and enjoyable lives that they can. So if you come in to see Dr. Sefton or Dr. Kasperzak this week, be sure to let them know you appreciate them!

Hey Four Town family--

Because our staff is so small and tightly-knit, we choose to celebrate all of them equally during Veterinary Technician Week in October. However, we still wanted to take advantage of it being Veterinary Receptionist Week to shout out the amazing Stephanie. Receptionists do far much more than just answer the phones--the front desk is the nerve center of any veterinary practice, and we're very grateful to have ours so capably handled. We're sure all of you who have benefited from her professional and caring help will agree!
