🐾 An Important Message to Our Community:
In response to recent conversations and concerns about affordability, we want to share an important update. We understand that the current economic climate and ongoing inflation have placed additional strain on many household budgets. In an effort to better support our community, we have reduced pricing for elective surgical procedures (spays and neuters for cats and dogs) by 5-20%, depending on the type of procedure and pet size. Additionally…
🐾 ...Introducing Our New Low-Cost Spay/Neuter Program!
Effective February 1, 2026, Twin Cities Veterinary Clinic will be expanding our community support efforts through a new income-based, low-cost spay/neuter program designed for pet owners experiencing financial hardship. This program, sponsored and offered exclusively by Twin Cities Veterinary Clinic, provides reduced-cost full-service sterilization surgeries for qualifying households in our community. All information submitted is confidential, and eligibility will be determined through a simple application process. In periods of high demand or limited availability, priority may be given to existing TCVC clients and/or applicants with urgent or extenuating circumstances. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee approval. You do not need to be an existing client to apply.
🐾 Quality Assurance:
Offering financial relief does not mean we are cutting corners on care. All routine spay and neuter surgeries, regardless of program participation, include comprehensive, high-quality medical care, such as a full physical examination, IV catheterization, inhalant anesthesia, injectable pain relief, advanced anesthetic monitoring by certified staff, Class IV laser therapy, take-home pain medication, and a proof of sterilization certificate. Special cases may also include pre-anesthetic bloodwork and IV fluids.
We understand that low-cost options may be available elsewhere, but we believe it is important for pet owners to know exactly what is included in their pet's care. Our spay and neuter procedures reflect the highest standards of anesthesia, monitoring, staffing, and surgical care to ensure the safest experience possible for every patient. When you choose TCVC, you're not just scheduling a procedure -- you're gaining a veterinary team you can rely on. From surgery day through full recovery, we’re here for questions, rechecks, and support, and we are on call 24/7 should an emergency arise.
🐾 Donations Welcome:
If you would like to donate in support of the Angel Fund (financial assistance for sick or injured pets) or our new spay/neuter program, we are always accepting contributions. Donations may be made in person at our front desk via cash, check, or credit/debit card, or over the phone via credit/debit card.
