It has been a wonderful and busy year so far !! I had a great summer and I hope everyone else did too! I have been terrible about uploading your pets photos daily and I do apologize! But you know, life 🙃 I want everyone to know that I always take photos of your pets I just may not get to upload them daily like I’d like to! So please feel free to reach out if you would like that photo from their spa day! thank you for always trusting me with your pet and letting me make them feel their best with a spa day!
Here’s a photo dump from the summer and as of late! ☺️

🛑PSA🛑

Hi friends ! I completely understand that schedule changes aren’t always convenient, and if I ask you to adjust an appointment time and it doesn’t work for you, it is absolutely okay to say no. I will always do my best to accommodate my clients, but I also expect that communication to remain respectful and professional.

I’m not willing to tolerate rudeness or disrespect when I’m simply trying to manage my schedule and provide the best service I can. If a requested time change doesn’t work, just let me know—we can keep the original appointment if possible or discuss another option. There is never a need for hostility or an attitude.

I’ve been grooming for a very long time and rarely ever have this happen. But being left in tears over pet grooming and some ones personal schedule isn’t ever okay.

My time is just as important as yours. And we’re all trying to survive out here.

So please be kind ❤️‍🩹
