Let’s talk long-distance horse hauling — with someone who knows it inside and out.

This week on The Equine Vet Connect Podcast, Dr. Caroline Brown is joined by a familiar face you don’t usually see on camera: our marketing manager, April Grantham. She’s normally behind the scenes running our tech, recording, and setup… but this week she’s stepping in front of the mic to share her expertise as the owner of AG Equine Enterprises, her professional equine hauling service.

Together, they break down everything you need to know about safe long-distance hauling, including:
• Health certificates & Coggins requirements
• Choosing a reputable hauler (and red flags to avoid)
• Trailer safety, bedding, ventilation, and tying
• Hydration, ulcer prevention, and pre-trip prep
• Emergency hauling tips for colics and injuries
• Post-haul recovery and how long to let your horse rest

🎙 Our episode on Long-Distance Horse Hauling is officially out and available now.
Listen in to feel more confident, informed, and prepared every time you load the trailer. 🐴💨
