Statera Obedience is HIRING!! 🐶

Summer is coming up and we will have 1-2 part-time kennel technician positions open starting early May. The responsibilities per shift are letting dogs out, feeding at meal time, ensuring safety and cleaning/sterilizing when needed. There will be a minimum of 13 shifts per week available. That includes the weekend. There is room for growth if you are interested or you can pick up the number of shifts that you are able. Shifts are typically an hour long. The facility is located in Snook, roughly 12 minutes from the A&M small animal vet clinic. I’m happy to discuss compensation with individuals that are interested in the position. Happy Sunday, everyone!

I want to take a moment to sincerely thank each of you who has supported me and my business, Statera Obedience & Grooming, since we moved here. Your encouragement and trust have meant so much, and I truly wouldn’t be where I am today without this community.

I’m excited to share that I will be running for City Council in the upcoming election. This community has given so much to my husband and me, and I feel it’s time to give back in a greater way. We plan to call Snook home for years to come and look forward to growing our family here.

I would greatly appreciate your support and encouragement during this journey, and I’m always happy to visit with anyone who would like to talk. I believe Snook’s future should be guided by thoughtful, balanced growth—growth that serves our residents while preserving the character that makes our town so special.

Oreo goes home today! 🥲 So bitter sweet. Oreo came in for the 2 week train and board program. We primarily focused on basic commands and E-collar training.
From day one he excelled and I am so excited for his family to get him back. He lives on a beautiful piece of property and I am most looking forward to him having his freedom while now being able to be obedient at the same time. Hopefully we’ll get to see more of him for other services like boarding and/or grooming! He will be very missed around here!!

🚀 ROCKET 🚀

Meet Rocket!! This sweet boy is looking for his person. Rocket is a Belgian Malinois that was rescued back in July of 2023 by me, aka Statera Obedience Rocket is trained in basic commands, kennels like a champ and is a gentleman on a leash. He gets along with most other dogs and is overall a very calm pup. Rocket needs a person or couple that are active and have boundaries established in their home. Rocket does best with structure and routine. He will go all day or lounge around the house. Like any dog and especially a Belgian he needs a proper amount of exercise and outside time. He is super easy to get along with and has been a great dog around here. He is respectful of horses and does very well with them!! He is not a runner off leash, he likes to hang around you. I have not been pushing his adoption because I believe there is someone that will be perfect for him that is going to come along. This boy deserves a fantastic home. His training is included in the Train to Love program as well as boarding and grooming. It’s an amazing opportunity to get a well behaved pup!! Hello! If anyone is looking for a part time job that puts you around doggies Statera Obedience & Statera Grooming is hiring! Mainly looking for someone to come out in the evenings to turn out the pups and feed dinner. Also need a dog washer in the mornings! Additional shifts are available if you want to work more and even learn about dog training. There’s room for raises. You MUST have your own transportation, be reliable and have some experience with dogs. You can text, call, email or PM me for me information!
