Happy Saturday, neighbors! Just to let you know, the Spaw will be closed from this Sunday 12/24 thru next Monday 1/1 so our lovely staff can spend the winter holidays celebrating with their families (and their families' dogs 😍). Thank you so much for your support all year long, and we look forward to seeing you in 2024! 🩵

The Snohomish Dog Spaw is hiring! We're a small, local salon seeking a full-time groomer to join our team! We need someone who:
- Has 2+ years experience grooming professionally
- Is able to fully service 5-7 groom and/or bath dogs per day
- Is skilled in hand-scissoring and finishing work
- Has extensive knowledge of dog breeds and their standard hair styles, as well as popular pet styles
- Is able to direct and interpret grooming specifications from the clients
- Can adapt in a busy environment and improvise when needed
- Can communicate effectively with the salon team and clients
- Has a thorough understanding of canine behavior and body language
- Wants to learn, better their skills, and challenge themselves as a groomer
- Is able to bring their own grooming tools (brushes, combs, clippers, shears, etc.)
Our salon uses and provides electric lift tables; Clipper Vacs; Hydrosurge bathing systems in raised tubs; velocity, fluff, and ambient air driers; and high quality shampoos, conditioners, rinses, and care products. All groomers are classified W-2 and paid by commission.

Our wait list has been updated as of 7/3 it is on our web page www.snohomishdogspaw.com It has been reduced from 341 last week to 248 this week!! Thank you for your patience. We are now able to turn our phones back on.

Our updated waitlist is now on our website. It is listed alphabetically by first name. We have been able to schedule all but a few of our clients that had appointments during the shutdown and are working our way through the waitlist. We are still not able to take phone calls.
