Hi friends!
I had quite the day. I went to an emergency dentist appointment for a growth/mass on the roof of my mouth, and now I am scheduled for a CT scan and biopsy on Wednesday. I know I don't owe anyone an explanation for cancellations, especially ones pertaining to my health, but I like everyone to be in the loop 💌
I can't talk well and was advised not to speak much (which is hard for me lol), so I've canceled my private training/one-on-one sessions this week. I have to cancel several weekly walks/sessions on Wednesday as well.
Being a small business owner is extra hard in times like these, because I don't get paid time off/sick days and don't have anyone to cover for me. I absolutely love what I do, but unfortunately there is no business without Ashley. I wish I didn't feel so guilty for taking vacation days, or prioritizing my health, but I also know it's important for me to stay alive so I can come care for your animals ❤️
Thank you to all of my Monday clients who were so supportive and understanding with my unexpected medical visit this morning. You made the day feel a little less scary/stressful.
Anyway, please be patient with me this week as I figure out my dog schedule and navigate my own life. Hoping for some good news later this week.
