Welcome Heather Hamilton & Shiner!

Heather has owned Shiner for 5 years, and Shiner has quite the résumé. She is a retired reiner and proud mama to Primrose, her filly who is currently in training for Ranch Horse Deluxe.

Welcome Karin, Katy & Fawkes!

Fawkes is a 7-year-old Dutch Warmblood who has been with Karin and Katy for about a year now. He is full of personality and absolutely loves attention, whether it’s scratches, visits, or simply being admired like the handsome guy he knows he is.

Their goals with Fawkes include show jumping, and they’re excited to continue bringing him along as he builds strength, confidence, and forward movement.

Welcome Christina Nordin & Retten!

Christina lives in Buckhead and grew up in Marietta. After riding English in her teens and 20s at Pinetree Stables and other local barns, she is excited to be back around horses again.

Retten came into Christina’s life through a friend who had rescued another horse, and she knew he needed a safe place too. He is estimated to be around 17–21 years old and is already proving to be a total sweetheart.

We’re so happy to welcome Christina and Retten to GB’s Stables and can’t wait to see them enjoy this new chapter together. 💛

The pressure washing is done, the barn is looking fresh, and we’ll just say the before-and-after wasn’t limited to the concrete.

Soft Society Social Wellness Club joined us for their Ponies & Pilates event, and it was the perfect mix of movement, fresh air, horses, and community.
