I’m specifically looking for someone who will let ME skin their deer.

My 2026/2027 season prices.

Please note, Taxidermy is not exempt from inflation. Our overhead costs are through the roof just like everyone else’s. Rising materials prices, Gas, tanning, labor prices. And this is just to run the shop.
Groceries, dog food, NYSEG, wifi, car insurance and other bills 🫪. It’s absolutely outrageous the amount of money flying from my hands to pay for the bare minimum to live anymore.
I realize taxidermy is NOT a necessity for people this is what I do to keep a roof over my head. So with that being said. Just know how much i appreciate every single customer and their business here. It goes far beyond paying bills. It’s the best feeling ever when you all come pick up your deer and you’re absolutely thrilled and tickled pink when you see your deer for the first time. Your support of my business means the world to me!

Here’s your sneak peek. I’m going to wait till Monday I think before I post photos. This boy came out amazing but before he is too dry to continue moving skin I’ll hold off on photos.
A lot of times when I post freshly mounted photos the next morning I move the skin and find stuff I missed the night before. With fresh eyes and a well rested mind it’s amazing the tiny details you find that you missed before.

Today I’ve got two capes out on the table for prep work. I’ll be fitting them to manikins, preparing those with ears and noses.

I do have to ready my boats hull, assemble the freshly hatching chicks outdoor pen, prep some venison and cut more wood. You know, homeowner responsibilities.

The buck I’ve nicknamed T-Rex.
The mini series has begun.
A beautiful customer buck that I was supposed to take to the national Taxidermy Championships in Kentucky.

Sometimes life happens and things fall through.
Next season will be a big one for me. Stay tuned for my next post 🥰
