Waltz Family Farm doesn’t really need an introduction, but it deserves one anyway. They’ve been showing up every other week since 2020 with beef, pork, and lamb that’s become a bit of a quiet staple at the market.

Meat is never the easiest thing to move at a farmers market, but Waltz has built a reputation for making it simple: dependable quality, straightforward cuts, and flavor that holds up whether you’re cooking for guests or just trying to get dinner on the table on a Wednesday night.

It’s one of those tents that people naturally gravitate to, whether it’s the first stop of the morning or the last thing they grab before heading out.
