Penny 🤎 She came in today for her very first groom here, and she has quite a bit of anxiety. So today wasn’t about rushing through a groom it was about making her feel safe. 🐾

Lots of patience, reassurance, and letting her take things at her own pace. And if that meant letting her lay down for a little while, then that’s exactly what we did. 🤍

Sometimes the best thing we can give them is simply time, patience, and a safe place to be. 🥹🐾
