We had a great time at the Maryland Horse and Pony show at the beautiful Upperville show grounds. It was a very successful outing with two babies, one "first timer" and another stepping up to try new things. Consistent ribbons in large classes for everyone!

A little late, but we had a great time at Lexington National. Highlights include Sydney Price and her own Hollywood placing
🥉3rd in the VHSA Adult Medal Finals and 🏅8th in the VHSA Younger Adults Flat Final in their first finals together. They also put in consistent rounds in the Young Adults for good ribbons including a
🏅6th in the Adult Classic

Sophia Keesee and her Arendelle also had a fantastic 2nd horseshow in a huge Low Children's Division with ribbons in every class including a 🏅4th in the Classic out of nearly 30 riders!

The barn has reopened this morning, most of the ice has melted but please be careful on the patchy areas and avoid the area in front of the washrack/Hay barn. Lessons will still be canceled for the rest of the week due to the below freezing temps.

Due to dangerous icy conditions the farm will be closed until conditions improve and it safe to be out here. In the meantime we have power and the horses are doing fine. I will post an update when we are able to reopen. Stay safe and warm!
