Hello! I am sending this to all clients in text also. Please read!! If you have any questions, just let me know!

🐾Please give me a 48 notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appt. Without this notice it is difficult to fill that spot, and I will have to charge a $25 cancellation fee. No call no shows are charged for the entirety of their appt.
🐾If you need to drop off more then 15 mins prior to your scheduled appt time, please let me know ahead of time. If you will be late, please let me know.
🐾More than 30 mins past scheduled time of drop off may result in rescheduling depending on the days schedule.
🐾When I text to let you know when your pet is ready, please respond back with an eta so I’m ready to pause to get you checked out.
🐾Please walk dogs only on the side where the doggie poopie depot is. We do not check the other side.
🐾Please always keep dogs on leash for safety reasons. Not only for your pet but for others as well.

Lastly, there will be a price increase on all grooming and bathing clients at the 1st of the year. Thank you so much for your continued business!
