Due to new regulations from the state, in addition to rabies and bordetella (kennel cough) vaccines, we are now required to keep your dogs current license on file. Please have its tag on the collar or bring current paperwork from the courthouse when you come.

Also, all out of state dogs are required to have a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection which is good for 60 days. This only applies to dogs that are outside of PA. Please remember that we do not accept dogs that have been to the vet within two weeks of your reservation. We are sorry for the inconvenience that this may cause. Just a reminder to everyone who boards at our kennel - we do not accept pets who have been to doggie day care, another kennel, the groomer, or vet within two weeks of your reservation. Please plan ahead. Thank you for your understanding!

To those of you who come to my feed store - we are having problems with stocking dog food. The manufacturing plant is having workforce issues😠 and have cut me to a 5 bag limit of each kind. Unfortunately much of what they have isn’t available at all. River Run has been temporarily (I hope) discontinued but I have the Loyall version coming on Tuesday along with several other kinds. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please call me with any questions.

As parts of our state are beginning to open up, if you are planning on boarding your pet, please wait in the parking lot, beep your horn, and wear a mask. We'll come out to help you. Thank you to everyone who has done their best to stay home during this unprecedented time and prayers to those who have had to leave their dogs for family emergencies.

As an update to our post on Tuesday - if you have a reservation at the kennel over the next month we will honor it and watch your pet. If you are traveling for a reason other than an emergency we strongly recommend that you cancel your reservation and stay home. The best way to beat this illness is with limited contact with others! We will not be taking any new reservations for the next month unless you are a regular customer and have a family or medical emergency. This has been a hard decision for us to make as the kennel is our livelihood and we, too, have bills to pay, but feel that this is the one thing we can do to try to keep our family and customers safe.

Due to the Coronavirus outbreak we will not be taking any new reservations in the kennel, except for emergencies, until at least the end of the month.
The feed store will remain open and fully stocked for self service. Thank you for your understanding during these difficult days.
