We couldn’t let the day end without giving a HUGE shoutout to the most incredible boss on National Boss’ Day!!🤩

Not only is she a phenomenal veterinarian, but she is also the best boss!

Whether it’s keeping the office stocked with snacks, jumping in to help prep surgery patients, sharing her peach rings, group Scooters runs, or morning pep-talks; Dr. Sara always makes sure our team feels supported, encouraged and valued!

Thank you for being our best friend, our MVP, our teacher and our clinic mom.🥰

Rainbow Bridge Remembrance Day🌈🐾

Today, we remember and honor those we’ve loved that have passed over the rainbow bridge.❤️‍🩹

One of the hardest parts of our jobs at South Central is helping families say goodbye to their beloved furry family members. Each patient that walks through our doors holds a special place in our hearts, and today, we want to honor those who are no longer with us, but are forever in our hearts. 🌈

Below, we share two sweet babies who have passed over the last year that hit our staff close to home.

Princess Leia👑- Dr Sara’s sweet tabby passed over the rainbow bridge with her family beside her in December of 2025. She lived an amazing 15 years with her 2 parents, 2 human siblings and 3 four legged siblings.❤️

Percy🖤- Our vet assistant, Morgan’s spicy boy who crossed the rainbow bridge too soon at only 2 years old due to an underlying heart condition. Those 2 years were packed to the brim with sunbathing, cuddles, rolling in the dirt and so so much love.

In honor of Rainbow Bridge Remembrance Day, we invite you to share a photo or memory of a beloved pet you’re missing today in the comments. We would be honored to remember them with you.🌈🤍
