Performance Plus Arabians Full service training and riding facility with a year round riding lesson program. It has been Deb McGuire's dream to follow her passion for horses.

At Performance Plus, great pride is taken in the facilities for the enjoyment and safety of all. The dream that came true for her is the realization that this great facility is a stepping stone for anyone interested in learning how to care and ride these wonderful horses. The lover for the Arabian breed is seen in all of the horses on the farm, from school horses to National Champions. Deb's many years of experience and success as a horsewoman and showman radiates through her trained horses and her students. All instructors have experience with training and teaching riding lessons, and we provide many levels of horses to learn on. There is a strong commitment to professionalism and a desire to educating people about horses. Horses are good for the soul!

HS Edge of Eden
“Eden”

04/26/2010- 09/11/2026

Today we said goodbye to our longtime friend. He was one of those special horses who had a larger than life personality and quirky habits like constantly smacking his lips or nickering at you as you passed the crossties. He had a very successful decade long show career while at PPA. Carrying both the Zanderson and Brost families to many national top tens and regional titles. Eden had a ton of heart and loved his job! We hope he’s now grazing greener pastures with all the great ones we’ve lost too soon. 💔
