Miss Scarlet tagged along with mom today to hang out at work!
Scarlet is a 9 1/2 year old lab mix. Her mom (Katie) adopted her from a shelter while she was in tech school. She loves nothing more than some tummy rubs, and being the center of attention. 😍

Congratulations to Kayle Englin and his steer Norm on their big win at the 44th Annual Iowa Governor's Charity Steer Show this past weekend. Just as impressive to be associated with a event that raised over $572,000.00 for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Iowa. Very proud of the whole Englin family. Great work everyone!

More road closures this week, meaning it is getting harder to get to us🙃. Here is an updated route from the city. Please allow extra travel time. Thanks!

TRAFFIC ALERT: It’s the big one. Starting Monday, Highway 75 will be closed all the way between 5th St. N and 12th St. N. That includes the section between 7th and 9th St. N, which previously was open.

Casey’s gas station's east driveway from 7th St. NE is now open.

Access to Econo Lodge, Mi Lupita Restaurant, and other businesses on the east side of highway construction will be via gravel across the highway from the west at 9th St. NW.

During this closure, contractors will be removing any remaining road surface, working on underground utilities and storm water management, preparing the roadbed, and paving.

Traffic can still enter Sioux Center on Highway 75 from the north and south but will need to find other routes around the construction area.

Thanks for your patience during the inconveniences of construction while we work toward completing Highway 75!
