My Saturday morning dilemma … I am now too big to squeeze through fencing, I am not patient enough to follow the fence to the gates, and I get in trouble if I try to dig under. Hmmmm, any ideas?

What a blessing 💕

In the 1940’s Andy’s maternal grandmother started cutting small pieces of available fabric and then sewing those pieces together in a quilt pattern called Grandmother’s Flower Garden. She completed the top many years ago.
A few years ago, Andy inherited the treasured quilt top, and wanted to have the quilt completed. In 2025 we were introduced to a group of ladies that HAND quilt these types of treasures. They quilt for individuals and all of their work is done for the charities and missions of their church, Pine Grove Baptist Church.
During their weekly meetings they hand quilted this beautiful quilt top. It took many, many, many hours to complete. We got to pick it up today. It is amazing to think about the hours, the talent, the patience, and the love that went into this beautiful, treasured quilt ♥️
We are so grateful to these kind ladies!
