☀️☀️☀️ Safety Checklist for this Heat ☀️☀️☀️

🥵 If it’s too hot for you, it’s too hot for them! 🐾Dogs don't handle extreme heat the way humans do. Keep your furry best friend safe and cool during this heatwave with these 5 simple rules:

🌅 Walk smart: Stick to early mornings or late evenings. Avoid the midday sun.

✋ The 5-second test: Touch the pavement with the back of your hand. Too hot for you? Too hot for paws!

💧 Hydration station: Bring fresh water everywhere. Add ice cubes to their bowl at home
🚫 Never leave them in cars: Even with windows cracked, vehicles heat up in minutes.

🧠 Indoor brain games: Skip the exhausting outdoor play. Opt for indoor snuffle mats and frozen Kongs.

⚠️ Watch for warning signs: Heavy panting, drooling, bright red gums, or weakness are signs of heatstroke. If seen, contact your Vet.
