Something groomers don’t talk about enough is the loss. ❤️🐾
Over the years, we have had to say goodbye to so many of our furry friends. Some were young, some were old, and some left this world far sooner than they ever should have. And no matter how many times it happens… it never gets easier.
We may be their groomer, but somewhere along the way, they become ours, too. We watch them grow, learn their little quirks, celebrate their good days, worry about their hard ones, and sometimes get the heartbreaking call that they won’t be coming back.
It hurts. Every single time. 💔
As much as we wish our dogs and cats could stay with us forever, we are incredibly grateful for every single one who has crossed our tables and left a little piece of themselves behind.
To all the pups and kitties who have helped mold us into the groomers we are today—thank you. 🫶🏻
Thank you for teaching me unconditional love.
Thank you for teaching us trust.
Thank you for teaching us patience.
Thank you for teaching us that sometimes the smallest moments can mean the most.
Every pet has taught us something, and those lessons come with us to every dog and cat we care for today. They have shaped the way we groom, the way we handle nervous pets, the way we celebrate the silly ones, and most importantly, the way we love the animals entrusted to me.
Their time with us may never feel long enough, but their paw prints last forever. 🐾❤️
To every client—past and present—who has trusted us with a piece of your family: thank you. It is an honor we will never take for granted.
And to the ones who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge… we hope you know just how loved you were. 🌈🐾
You may be gone from our tables, but you will never be forgotten.
I came across this post and really felt it should be copied and shared. It’s absolutely true and this has been a hard few months. We say goodbye too often and I hope our clients realize how much we love and bond with your pets when they’re in our care ❤️
