Meet the Instructor

Owner/Instructor: Raemie Sullins
Raemie has been riding horses for over 30 years. Her junior years of riding consisted of competing in local playdays in barrel racing and polebending, which quickly turned into a thirst for more knowledge. At age 16 Raemie earned her exercise rider's license from the Arizona Department of Racing and galloped race horses on the racetrack for thr

ee years. In her free time Raemie attended multiple clinics and workshops with horse trainer and leading clinician, Buck Brannaman. Brannaman's philosophy of handling horses is based on classical concepts from the vaquero tradition, which work with the horse's nature and use an understanding of how horses think and communicate-- Raemie uses these skills to help students work confidently and responsively with their equine partner. She continued along the road of competitive rodeo, and received a scholarship from the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association (NIRA) for breakaway roping. While stationed overseas, her love of riding branched out to English riding, jumping, and dressage. She continued to rodeo in her spare time with the European Rodeo Cowboy's Association (ERCA). In 2005 she was crowned the Barrel Racing and Polebending Champion of the ERCA (Mannheim/Darmstadt chapter). In 2019, Raemie earned her Master's Degree in Information Technology. Today she splits her time between her full-time job and her hobby of teaching riding lessons. She enjoys helping her students find their confidence and develop their ability to work with their equine partners.

Maddie is feeling so much better after Dr. Dusti Fancher removed her infected molar. Her X-ray shows three problematic teeth. The main culprit was removed. We are hoping an extended course of antibiotics will take care of the other two teeth 🤞🏻

He’s Home. But We’re Not Done Yet.

After everything — the trailer ride, the emergency surgery, the post-op ileus scare, the long nights of not knowing — he is finally back where he belongs. Breathing the same barn air. Hearing the familiar sounds. Safe.

But survival came at a cost.

The final hospital bill was $13,611.50.
So far, we have raised $945.

We are deeply grateful for every single dollar, every share, every prayer. Truly. But we still have a long way to go.

Splash fought so hard. There were moments we didn’t know if his gut would wake up. And yet — he kept trying. He kept choosing to fight.

Now it’s our turn to fight for him.

If you’ve been watching his story quietly, this is the moment to jump in. If you’ve been meaning to donate, please consider doing it now. If you can’t give, sharing this post makes a difference — it puts his story in front of someone who can.

He is home because we said yes to saving him.
Now we just need help carrying the weight of that yes. All donations are tax deductible.

Every $10. Every share. Every person who refuses to scroll past.

Let’s close this gap for Splash.
