We pride ourselves on providing the best medical care for your pets and incorporating you, the owner, into our veterinary family. You can expect exceptional service from every phone call to every visit. Our 3 Doctors, 20 Technicians, 4 Client Care Specialists and 4 support staff are eager to help you with all of your pet care needs. New Frontier Animal Medical Center has voluntarily sought accreditation by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) since 1996. In order to be AAHA accredited we regularly have our practice evaluated by an expert to ensure that we comply with the highest in veterinary care standards. This means that you can be sure your pet is receiving the best possible care. We offer complete in-house, quality-controlled laboratory tests and advanced radiography techniques. The facility uses modern and safe anesthesia equipment and monitoring devices. Our intensive care unit allows us to hospitalize serious cases; we also work closely with the specialty centers in Tucson for cases that require 24 hour monitoring. Our page is intended to educate pet owners, inform Cochise County residents of upcoming events and provide a resource for individuals interested in pet rescue. New Frontier Animal Medical Center does not necessarily agree with the opinions posted and is not responsible for any issues that may arise as the result of user interaction.

COURTESY POST:
MEET TOBY – LOOKING FOR HIS FOREVER HOME!
Toby is a handsome, almost 2-year-old, medium sized mixed breed dog looking for a loving forever home!
Toby is a wonderful, loyal companion with excellent obedience training. He is housebroken, crate trained and has great manners both in the home and out in public, including stores.
A little about Toby:
Almost 2 years old
Medium-sized mixed breed
Neutered and current on all vaccinations
Housebroken and crate trained
Professionally obedience trained
Great obedience in the home and public settings
Would make a wonderful companion for a Veteran or someone looking for a loyal best friend
Probably should be the only dog in the home but gets along with other dogs his size
Toby's family loves him dearly, but unfortunately, the situation with their two senior dogs and their own health is no longer fair to anyone. This has been an incredibly difficult decision, and they want nothing more than to see Toby in a home where he can thrive.
AS AN ADDED BENEFIT, TOBY'S PROFESSIONAL TRAINER IS WILLING TO PROVIDE A HANDLER CLASS WITH HIS NEW OWNERS TO HELP MAKE THE TRANSITION SUCCESSFUL!!!
Toby would be a wonderful companion for someone looking for a devoted dog to share their life with. He deserves a home where he can be the center of attention and someone's best friend.
Located in Sierra Vista AZ. If needed, transportation can be arranged within the continental US
Please share! The right home may be just one share away.

UPDATE: Kitty has found a forever home! Thank you to all who shared!

Courtesy post:
This sweet, playful, female tuxedo cat is Kitty. She is approximately 3-4 yrs old. Her elderly owner has to move and is not able to keep Kitty with her.
Kitty is indoor only, good with small dogs, kids, and people. (Unsure about larger dogs). We believe she is spayed as she has not had a cycle while in her owner's care but we do not have vaccine information.
If interested please contact Mel at 831-241-1269.

Max is such a ray of sunshine! He always brightens our day, even when he isn’t impersonating a sunflower.

Courtesy Post for Border Animal Rescue

This beautiful boy is Lincoln (aka Sebastian). He is a very sweet 11-month old Labrador Retriever mix currently available for adoption through Border Animal Rescue. Lincoln has been lovingly fostered over the last few months which has provided some insight to his personality.
Lincoln would do best with an active family, preferably with older children to accommodate his puppy energy. He would also benefit from having another friend in the household with the same energy level or age as he loves play with is foster sister. It is unknown if he has been exposed to cats or how he would handle being around them. If anyone is interested in meeting Lincoln please contact Dave at Border Animal Rescue.

We were greeted this morning by this big, beautiful bird. Every couple of years we are delighted to have a hawk build her nest in one of our backyard trees. Then we get to watch her babies grow up. This year we have 2 fledglings we have been watching and this is one of them.

UPDATE: HE IS HOME!! Thanks to everyone who shared and commented so we could get him reunited with his owner!

This sweet boy was found in the area of Glengarry Way and Glenview Dr. in Winterhaven this morning. He is young and has no collar or microchip. Please help us find his family. In the meantime he is safe with the people who found him. Please call Kathy at 520-449-0684 or Rick at 520-227-6667.
