Fostering gives dogs and cats a safe place to relax, heal, learn, and prepare for their forever homes. Even a short-term foster can completely change an animal’s life.

This week’s Pup of the Week is dedicated to Riley, a beautiful 9-year-old German Shepherd who recently crossed the rainbow bridge. 🌈

Anyone who knew Riley knew just how special he was. He was the sweetest boy with a huge heart, but when it came to protecting his mom and dad, he took his job very seriously. Loyal, loving, and always by their side, Riley was the kind of dog that leaves paw prints on your heart forever.

We know there are never enough years with them, no matter how much time we get. Our hearts go out to Riley’s family during this incredibly difficult time.
