Buddy is 7 years old, completely blind, and recently adopted into his new home. He came to his new family already severely matted and desperately in need of some relief.

After his owner had difficulty finding someone able to take on his groom, she found Peaceful Pawsโ€”and we knew this appointment needed to be about one thing:

With extensive matting and no vision to help him understand everything happening around him, this wasnโ€™t going to be a typical grooming appointment. It required patience, teamwork, and working at Buddyโ€™s pace.

Jolene is a 5-year-old Pittie/Cane Corso mix with a gentle soul, a sweet disposition, and a pair of expressive eyes that seem to have an entire vocabulary of their own. โค๏ธ

Sheโ€™s normally a pretty quiet girl, but there is one thing guaranteed to get a reaction โ€” the Amazon delivery driver. ๐Ÿ“ฆ Jolene knows thereโ€™s a very real possibility that those packages contain her beloved cheek chews, and apparently, important deliveries deserve to be announced. ๐Ÿ˜‚

When sheโ€™s not keeping tabs on Amazon, you can find Jolene splooting on the porch in the sunshine, playing with only the toys that actually belong to her (good girl points for that one!), or continuing what sounds like a spectacularly unsuccessful rabbit-hunting career. ๐Ÿ‡๐Ÿ˜‚

And breakfast isnโ€™t quite complete without a boiled egg โ€” which, according to her family, results in some questionable air quality afterward. ๐Ÿฅš๐Ÿ’จ๐Ÿ˜‚

Meet Milo, a handsome Malamute mix who recently stopped by Peaceful Paws for a little spa treatmentโ€”and this gentleman was an absolute pleasure to groom! ๐Ÿ›โœจ

At 10 years young, Milo still has plenty of energy, personality, and love to give. He's friendly with dogs, cats, and kids, enjoys car rides, and is always happy to make a new friend.

Unfortunately, Milo has found himself back at the shelter after previously being adopted, and now he's hoping his next stop will be a forever home. โค๏ธ

He's already neutered, microchipped, and ready to charm his way into someone's heart.
