To our valued clients:
I need to institute a policy change concerning missed appointments. My schedule is full on a daily basis and I do my best to fit in established patients that need to be seen urgently. So, it is discouraging when clients do not show up for scheduled appointments or cancel at the last minute. That is an appointment that another pet truly needed. Going forward, charges will be assessed for missed appointments (including surgeries) and same day cancellations. In addition, deposits may be required to reschedule the appointment. I've delayed doing this as long as I can, but it has become too common a problem.
