Evening shenanigans. Mama WayWay getting a snack, got cleaned up while her baby girl romped around in the mud with her buckling friend. His Mama left him in the goat house to go have a short snack in the pasture😂 We are OVER this rain and mud! Luckily their goat house is nice and dry with a newly built up floor!

We have had a busy couple of weeks! Two new kids here on the farm. Two beautifully successful births. We would like to introduce our two carbon copys of their mamas! A sweet Nigerian dwarf buckling and our Adorable little doeling. Our “May” had her single buckling kid last week, with our assistance! He was HUGE! Thankfully we were here and ready to help mama. There was no way she was going to deliver him on her own, so we are grateful for gods perfect timing🤍 And our beautiful little doeling, was born YESTERDAY, without our assistance to our mama “Waverly”. Aka Wayway. She decided to deliver her baby nonchalantly while we were gone at the park! We missed the birth by 10 minutes. Came home to a wet baby girl, just getting to her feet and mama licking on her. We have yet to name our sweet girl; and our little boy already has a new herd awaiting his arrival! He will be raised by mama for 8 weeks to ensure proper gut health and maturity! And then we will send him on his way to his new family. The girls have spoiled him rotten, and he demands lovins 24/7! Such a sweet boy.

Anyone want the last three Easter eggers we have left? We were going to keep them but I think we are going to direct our energy to some pure bred breeds. We will have true blue egg laying ameraucanas(ermine,black, and white colorations), and our favorite breed, Orpingtons!(we will have chocolate, chocolate mottled, black, black mottled and lavender! So excited to get started on these future breeding projects.
