This was all we could manage for lead training today. He's kind of leary of me. He's got the Firemans Parade in a week and I'm not sure he'll be ready.

Odin began his halter and lead training Sunday. Putting on the halter only required 3 people, one who got a black eye in the process. Odin let us all know he was going to be/is a force to be reckoned with. Today he was finally comfortable enough to eat while I held the lead.

If you have never tried baked goods from SweetImpressions Bakery LLC in Newark, you don't know what you're missing. Andrea Hampton is an extraordinary baker with exceptionally high standards. She sources much of a her flour from Belgian to make those special European treats. We are very fortunate to have her as a vendor at our Christmas In July at the Shortsville Reindeer Farm, LLC on July 25. Check out her FB page and then check out her goodies on July 25.

Also, if you have Christmas gear you are no longer using we would love it if you could donate it for our Christmas in July. We will resell it, all the profits will go to the Friends of the Community Library. Drop it off here at the farm or text Mike at 585 282 9892 for a pickup.
