Angles, angles, angles.

It's all about angles.

This is River looking like she's about the size of a miniature horse.

This is what happens when you're trying to take photos with no help 🤣

I promise you, she's bigger 🤣❤️ Her dam is 15.2hh.

🌴☀️ From rainy, chilly New York to sunny, sandy Florida! ☀️🌴

Hal, our sorrel Appaloosa mule c**t, is officially headed south!

This sweet boy has been such a delight here at Cross View Equine, and while we’ll miss watching him grow, we’re so excited to see what adventures await him in Florida.

There’s something special about raising these babies and getting to watch them head off to start a new chapter with their own people. ❤️ We hope Hal brings his new owner just as much happiness as he’s brought us!

We can’t wait to see updates as this handsome boy grows up!

Safe travels Hal! Your next adventure is just beginning!

today we had a lesson in "the consequences of being a turd"

When Hal was done eating I went to tie him outside and he, being the extremely smart and witty mule that he is, decided to put his wit and intelligence to use in what he thought was a fantastic idea at the time. After a lap around the field to jog his memory of the very simple skill he had acquired shortly after birth, he was humbled but still disgusted.

LINK UPDATE

It's safe to say that Link is living his BEST life- watch the video and see for yourself ;)

She already has him doing tricks too.

She says he is one of the least spooky horses on the property 😀

Look how happy he is! I am ecstatic he ended up where he did.

What got you into mules?

I'm always curious how people end up in the mule world. Some of us grew up around them, some fell in love with one special mule, and some of us probably had no idea what we were getting ourselves into 😂 I for one was not born into it.

So tell me... how did it start for you? Or if you dont have a mule yet, what makes you want one?

I'd love to hear your stories! And if you have a picture of the mule that got you hooked, drop it in the comments! 👇

😅 This is a temporary solution to his destructive behavior. He's such a goober. Mojo is my best buddy and I'm so grateful to have him in my life!

He did get kicked by a client mare this year, so he has a new beauty mark right behind his chin 😒
