Today is Pet Remembrance Day and not only do I remember all my own pets that crossed the rainbow bridge, but I remember all the ones that I have watched that are no longer here. Whether they lived a long life or were taken too soon, just know that they had an amazing time while they were here, and that was because of you and all the love you’ve given your pets. ❤️🐾🌈

It’s been busy around here. I have two new friends staying with us this week, aren’t they adorable? I had two of my usual drop ins come to my house for a sleepover here on the weekend, Two newly adopted dogs that were scared of me now trust me and even sat on my lap, and some of the friendly faces of the babies that I visit on a regular basis. 🐾

This little guy is so smart. I was walking him and he knows the sound of my son Troy’s motorcycle. Troy has done drop ins for him before and he has also stayed at our house quite a few times. He stopped in his tracks when he heard the bike. Troy stopped and came over to say hi to him.  Even with his helmet on, Riggs knows it’s him.

This sweet boy is here for the 1st time and it’s storming with tornado sirens going off. We’re in the basement playing with him and have music on to get his focus off all of that chaos outside. He’s doing great and having fun.

Bonding! It’s amazing how when a dog or cat trust you, they have no problem bonding with you. Some of these dogs, I see on a regular basis, and some of them I haven’t seen for over a year. They still remember me and act just like I saw them yesterday.
