To my customers…roughly 80% of my shop has been moved to higher ground with the flooding in Shiocton. Normally there is a little spring seepage and just the cracks get a little wet. There is not normally water running across the dungeon like this and it’s in the lower 50’s down there. I’m working on getting some minimal tools together to try to get a little work done. Until the river drops significantly, I’m not fully moving the shop back downstairs. I appreciate your patience through Mother Natures temper tantrum and I’ll be back at it full force as soon as I can. 😊

I will not be taking in Euro’s after 12/14/25. If you can’t get it here by then, keep it in a freezer until warmer weather arrives. Rotten heads will be charged extra. Thank you!

Hey folks! I hope this is a better visual. Don’t cut past the bottom of the rib cage when ‘cleaning’ them out. Make a V from there to the leg pits and cut along the backside of the leg (where the wire and brown meet or, tube it like in the pic. Please DO NOT cut off that brisket tail! More of that goes on the mount than you think. I also prefer you bring me the entire hide, I’ll cut it where I need to. Please dont hesitate to call/message with any questions! Thank you!
