URGENT! FOSTERS NEEDED!
We are partnering with a southern rural shelter who is overcrowded. They get a lot of dogs, and not a lot of adopters. They ARE euthanizing for space.

REX Male Cane Corso Mix | Approximately 1–3 Years Old | 65 lbs at intake| Heartworm Negative Rex is a stunning grey brindle Cane Corso mix with a calm and gentle demeanor. Despite finding himself abandoned and in Animal Control, he remains sweet, cooperative, and easy to handle. He walks calmly on leash and has shown a kind, patient personality. Rex deserves a second chance with a family who will appreciate the loyal and loving dog he is. Rex came in with a female cane corso. She has been safely placed with another rescue but Rex is still waiting. Since Rex tail and ears are not cropped - a lot of cane corso rescues have denied him since they find it harder to place them without them being cropped. Rex does great on the leash and is a gentle giant.
MARESSA Female | Approximately 1–3 Years Old | 50 lbs | Heartworm Negative Maressa has likely spent much of her life producing puppies for profit, and now it is finally her turn to be loved. This beautiful girl deserves a home where she can simply be someone’s cherished companion. Maressa is good with other dogs and has a gentle demeanor. She has a sweet expression, a gentle spirit, and a future full of possibilities. Maressa is ready to leave her past behind and discover what it feels like to be part of a family.
BILLY Male | 6 Months Old | 30 lbs | Heartworm Negative Billy is a sweet, happy young pup with his whole life ahead of him. He enjoys saying hello to other dogs on his morning walk. Friendly and affectionate, he is eager to find a family who will help him grow into the wonderful adult dog he is destined to become. His age and temperament make him an ideal candidate for fostering or adoption.
NELLIE Female | Approximately 2–4 Years Old | HW negative| 41 lbs Nellie is a truly special girl with a tender heart. She can be a little shy when first meeting new people, but once she feels comfortable, her affectionate and loving personality shines through. Nellie enjoys spending time with volunteers, is learning her leash skills, and gets along well with other dogs. She would flourish in a patient foster home where she can continue building confidence and learn what it means to feel safe and loved. Nellie is spayed and ready for immediate transport.
JAZZY Female | 6 Months Old | 31 lbs | Heartworm Negative Jazzy is everything you could want in a puppy—playful, social, and full of life. She loves making new friends, enjoys the company of other dogs. Like most puppies, she is still learning her manners, but she is eager to please and responds well to guidance. Jazzy would thrive in a foster home where she can continue learning and receive the exercise and enrichment every growing puppy needs. Since she has been in a very small kennel space, with very limited outside of the kennel she needs someone patient to work on puppy training. Jazzy is VERY HIGH UP on the euth list.
LEVI Male | Approximately 1–2 Years Old | 49 lbs | Heartworm Negative Levi is the definition of a gentleman. This handsome yellow Labrador mix has a calm, easygoing personality and a sweet nature that makes him impossible not to love. He walks nicely on leash, gets along well with other dogs, and enjoys spending time with people. Levi has the kind of temperament that would make him a wonderful family companion and an easy addition to almost any home.
TRAVIS Male | 6 Months Old | 26 lbs | Heartworm Negative Travis is an adorable young pup who is still discovering the world around him. At just six months old, he is at the perfect age to transition into a foster or forever home where he can continue to grow and learn. His young age and sweet disposition make him highly adaptable, and he has all the potential to become an amazing lifelong companion. He came in with some skin issues but is being treated and has been seen by the vet.
WINNIE
Female | Approximately 6–12 Months Old | 32 lbs | Heartworm Negative Winnie is a happy, affectionate girl who loves attention and enjoys making new friends. One of her favorite things is greeting staff and volunteers with enthusiasm—and often a hug! She is friendly with other dogs and has a loving personality that shines through in every interaction. Winnie is ready for a home where she can continue spreading joy and receiving the love she deserves. (came in with Wanda, can be placed separately)
WANDA Female | Approximately 6–12 Months Old | 26 lbs | Heartworm Negative Wanda is a sweet and friendly young girl who enjoys the company of both people and other dogs. She is affectionate, adaptable, and would fit well into many different home environments. Wanda’s gentle personality and easygoing nature make her an excellent candidate for fostering or adoption. (came in with Winnie, can be placed separately)
SPARKLE Female | Approximately 6–8 Months Old | 30.8 lbs | Heartworm Negative Sparkle’s story is one of resilience and hope. She arrived at Animal Control in rough condition, but she has been healing beautifully and her coat is growing back nicely. Despite everything she has endured, Sparkle remains incredibly sweet and loving. She enjoys carrying pinecones and sticks on her walks and adores attention from other dogs and people. This precious girl is ready for a fresh start and deserves a family who will show her the kindness she has always deserved.
