I feel we need to share this again.
Please if you are booking a grooming appointment, keep the appointment. We work on a schedule. The time allotted for your dog's grooming isn't always the same time for another. When you don't show or call last-minute to cancel that leave a whole in the schedule and that groomer is just waiting for her next appointment. The groomers get paid commission so if they are not working on a dog they are not paid. When they are not paid, they can't feed their families, pay their bill. So as simple as it might seem to just not show up for your appointment means a living for someone else. We are not always able to fill the appointment that you missed due to other people's work schedule or availability.
There will be a fee to reschedule. That fee will be a cancelation fee plus half of the grooming appointment you missed.
You will be required to prepay for your appointments in the future.
So please if you need to reschedule just give us a call 24 hrs in advance and we can move your appointment to better fit your schedule. That 24 hour also allows us time to fill your space that day or to reschedule other dogs that day.
We look forward to seeing you and your pets.

Please everyone remember our Grooming Policy. We understand things happen but if you are unable to make your appointment, please call 24 hours in advance to cancel.
Please understand that our time is valuable and please understand we have a lot of dogs to groom and a lot of people waiting to get in for an appointment.
If you no call/ no show your appointment, you will need to prepay for your next appointment plus you will be charged for half of the appointment that you did not attend. NO EXCEPTIONS. Our time is valuable, and we ask for your cooperation.
