Thirteen years ago, a little soul walked into this world,
And without saying a single word,
Cash became family.
He’s been there through ordinary mornings,
Long days, quiet nights,
And all the moments in between that mattered more because he was in them.
Now his muzzle is silver,
And his eyes carry that soft wisdom only old dogs seem to have.
But age has never touched his spirit.
He still greets the world with excitement,
Still chases joy with happy paws,
Still reminds everyone around him how beautiful it is to simply be alive.
Thirteen years is never enough for a heart like his.
Because dogs like Cash don’t just grow old beside us—
They grow into the fabric of our lives.
Into routines, memories, laughter, comfort, and love.

Due to snow and road conditions, our facility will be closed tomorrow to ensure the safety of our staff and all dogs in our care. We are also closely monitoring conditions for Tuesday and will provide an update as soon as a decision is made.
