If you’re waiting for rates to drop 📉, you’re being silly and procrastinating! Get in the game ⚾️and get positioned properly. You can always get the lower rate 📈 when they do drop and avoid competing with all the buyers and high prices when rates do drop! And if you think we are going to see 2-3% interest rates any time ⏱️soon or in this lifetime you’re smok’n sumthin🙄🚭

Is it a good time to buy? 💰 In my experience🧑‍🏫.. it’s always a good time to buy anytime in California🌞!! That’s the beauty 💅of living in SoCal. What we need to do is position you properly and that’s going to depend on your specific situation 📈. Just because you can afford the $Million dollar property 🏡 doesn’t mean you want the payment. No different then going out and shopping for cars. Sure it’s possible you can afford the Jag or Mercedes 🏎️, or better yet a Porsche or Lamborghini, but do you want the monthly payment 💲 and maintenance with it??
