Gemma is of Czech, DDR and a little West German decent and her amazing pedigree shows in everything she does. She is trained, competing or titled in tracking, scent work, dock diving, blood trailing and more. She has amazing food and toy drive and is always eager to work. Outdoors she is active and easy to keep in condition while indoors she has an amazing off switch and can normally be found next to me on the couch or at my feet while I'm sewing.
Blitz may not have a pedigree full of titles but he has proven himself both structurally and mentally to be even more than we had hoped for. He has a nose and loves to track and is all work when needed. Blitz is a big boy and can be very intimidating but also has a sweet side. He is a stable well-balanced, structurally solid dog.
This combination previously produced exactly what we were wanting - solid structure and temperaments, very smart with excellent trainability, strong nerves and clear heads. Three are service dogs, 3 are working farm dogs, 1 got her 1st tracking title at 11 months old and is work on her TDX, 2 are training with Absarokee Search and Rescue and others are in amazing family homes.
We expect that this combination will again produce outstanding working and sport prospects, service dogs and family pets as well. We are expecting them to mature to 65-80 pounds for the females and 75-100 pounds for the males in shades of black and red, black and tan and sable stock coats.
Our puppies come with AKC registration, microchip, our sales contract, 26 month genetic hip and elbow guarantee and will have been given age appropriate vaccinations and wormings. They are raised in our home with a combination of ENS, ESI and Avidog methods. We carefully expose them to a very wide variety of sights, smells, sounds, surfaces, people and other animals.
Temperament testing is done at 7 weeks and puppies are matched to their new families based primarily on those results. Our puppies are able to leave after their 8 week check up and final health check with our vet. We are proud to offer a lifetime of breeder support and interest in all their achievements and love getting pupdates.
Note: Dogs from us are not for resale or re-homing. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a dog from us, it must be returned to us for evaluation and re-homing.
