We had a great morning for our Paws for a Cause 5K Run & 1 Mile Fun Walk!
Thank you to everyone that came out and supported our mission of reducing pet overpopulation. The funds collected will help families that can't afford to get their pets fixed. Here are the photos we took from today's event.

We want to say THANK YOU to a very special couple that always supports MTSNC as well as many other animal organizations. They started attending and running in our Paws for a Cause many years ago and then asked us if they could be a sponsor. They have sponsored every year since. We're glad to call them friends and look forward to seeing them every year.

This event benefits the nonprofit 501(c)3 Middle TN Spay & Neuter Clinic. Its mission is to provide affordable spay/neuter surgeries in order to reduce pet overpopulation and end euthanasia in animal shelters. This is the biggest fundraiser of the year for MTSNC. Monies will go to help low income families get their pets fixed.

This fundraiser is a great family, fun dog friendly event held this year on Saturday June 6.
Paws for a Cause is also a professionally timed 5K Run and a 1 mile Fun Walk. Dogs are welcome to accompany their pet parent as they run or walk through a nice residential area. Runners will begin at 8 a.m. and walkers will start at 8:10 a.m. Pre-registration is currently open and can be done online at www.reg2run.com. Pre-registration can also be mailed in to MTSNC, 846 Union St., Shelbyville, TN 37160 or dropped off at this location. If dropping off your registration please call and see what days someone will be in the office. Thanks.
Day of event registration is from 6:45 a.m. - 7:45 a.m. at the pavilion. Pre-registration is $35 until June 5. Day of event registration is $40.
Event T-shirts are available for $15 each.
Kids 10 & Under free with adult registration. (T-shirts will have to be purchased with the free Kids registration).
Dog friendly event; All dogs must be friendly, on leashes and up to date on vaccinations.
