As I am finishing up the last plans and maping out horse care, I sit and think we have all bases covered. I ask that everyone is understanding of why we are not riding/having lessons during this weather. We are putting the horses and their care first as well as the staff that is combating the freezing temps all day to make sure your horses are safe, watered and fed. The farm has a few things tomorrow to finish before we are hunkered down for the next 10 days of this cold snap. Say a prayer no horses get sick, the waters don't freeze and we don't lose power! I have my coveralls ready to go and Uncle Stevie has contingency plans for almost any scenario! Stay warm everyone!
