I seriously cannot thank you guys enough for keeping me so busy! ❤️🐾

Just a little update on my availability because things are filling up FAST!

September is completely booked. And when I say completely booked, I mean it. 😂 I am literally only home TWO days the entire month!

October is also booked!

🦃 Thanksgiving is completely full.

🎄 I have very few dates left in December.

And somehow we are already talking about Spring Break 2027 😂 Overnights are already pretty full, and I only have some drop-in availability left!

So if you know you have a trip coming up, definitely reach out sooner rather than later. I hate having to tell people I don't have room on my schedule!

Thank you guys SO much for trusting me with your animals, recommending me to your friends and family, and continuing to keep me this busy. I appreciate you all more than you know! ❤️🐾

I’ve been very busy lately and want to say a huge thank you to everyone who trusts me with their pets. Your support means so much!

As my schedule fills up, I’ll be responding to calls, texts, and Facebook messages between 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Outside those hours, including evenings and weekends, I’ll reply when I can, but responses may be delayed or have to wait as I also have other responsibilities.

I also spend time transporting injured wildlife to licensed rehabilitators, which can make it difficult to respond right away.

I’m never ignoring anyone—thank you for your patience and understanding! Now enjoy some pictures of a few of my adorable recent clients. 🐶🐱🐾

🥵 Hope everyone is staying safe in this heat!

If you have dog walks scheduled this week, don't worry—they're still happening! That said, your dog's safety and comfort will always come first. We probably won't do a full walk if it's too hot, but we'll spend time playing inside and finding other ways to burn off some energy.

‼️Did you know that up to 74% of canine heat-related illnesses are triggered by physical activity? The risk of death also increases by about 1% for every degree over 77°F, climbing to around 10% on extreme heat days.

If you'd rather cancel your walk because of the heat, just let me know. I won't be charging any cancellation fees due to extreme temperatures.
Please keep a close eye on your pups this week, make sure they have plenty of fresh water, and avoid hot pavement whenever possible.

Stay safe and give your dogs an extra belly rub from me! 🐾❤️

I haven't posted in a bit, but that doesn't mean I haven't been staying busy loving on dogs, cats, and all kinds of critters. I'm so thankful for all of the wonderful pets (and humans!) I get to meet.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I’ve been receiving a crazy amount of scam calls lately, and they’ve been filling up my voicemail. I received 27 calls yesterday alone. Unfortunately, I don’t always realize when my mailbox is full.

If you call and can’t leave a message, please send me a text or message me here instead. Texting is usually the best way to get ahold of me anyway.

Just a reminder to schedule care for your pets as soon as you make your plans for yourself! I've been having people get upset with me for being booked. I've only got a few days here and there throughout the summer left for overnights! Lots of drop-in visits still available.

This dog was found on 124th and 14th st in Shelbyville. It is being taken in to be scanned for a microchip this afternoon. It will also then be reported to animal control as found. It is at my dad's house and will be kept there for the stray hold or until owner comes forward.

This dog seems to be very well taken care of and super friendly. I'm sure someone is missing it.

MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF OWNERSHIP.

It is turtle season! I wanted to just drop by with a reminder to let you know what to do should you see a turtle in need of help! 🥰

If it’s safe to do so, gently move the turtle in the direction it was already heading and out of the road. Please never pick a turtle up by its tail—this can cause serious injury.

If you find an injured turtle, place it in a secure box or tote to keep it safe. Try to note the exact location where you found it, then reach out to a licensed wildlife rehabber as soon as possible. Michigan Amphibian and Reptile Sanctuary is one option that takes in turtles and can guide you on what to do next.

Turtles can suffer for a long time after being injured. They can become severely dehydrated and are at risk for fly strike (maggots), which is incredibly painful and preventable with timely help.

Let’s do better for these little guys. And if you can’t stop to help, please at least slow down and avoid hitting them.
