Another one of our new additions is our Jirpet dryer box, playfully nicknamed "the microwave" in our shop I can assure you its 110% safe. I'm sure some of you have seen cheaper versions of this out there but on pieces of equipment like this we refuse to sacrifice cost for safety. This dryer, unlike others on the market, monitors internal temperature and humidity as well as run time and has adjustable fan speed. The automatic ventilation to maintain safe temp and humidity levels ensures your pet is as comfortable as possible. As an added safety measure our employees are required to monitor any pet in the dryer box at all times no exceptions.

We love our science station 🧪👩‍🔬

Aka where we choose and mix Iv San Bernard shampoo and conditioner to give your pet a bath that not only cleanses but also provides the appropriate skin and coat care to maintain a happy healthy pet! Not all coats are created equal so trust us to know what your pet needs 😉 At this station you will also find literature on the 15 coat types, a full cat breed and corresponding coat need list as well as some formula reminders for our staff.

The first thing I want to talk about is kennels! We put a ridiculous amount of planning and research into our choice with these. We have a kennel bank from Gator Kennels. This kennel bank is made of an incredibly durable non porous plastic. This is better than the industry standard because it is not only quieter than standard steel kennels but also maintains a higher ambient temperature making sure your cats and pups aren't sitting on cold metal bottoms while allowing us to keep them clean and sanitary. We also have 4, 3ftx4ft gator kennel stalls in each grooming room to ensure all our pups big and small have ample space to comfortably wait for their pick up!
