Goldie came to Precision Dog Training Academy for our 3-Week Board & Train Program to work on inappropriate puppy behaviors and build better manners, impulse control, and obedience.

Through consistent training, structure, and clear communication, Goldie made incredible progress throughout her program! Our goal isn't to change your dog's personality—we help them learn how to make better choices and navigate everyday situations with appropriate behavior.

Real-world training is where obedience truly gets put to the test! 🐾

Goldie is working with Kennedy on her heel outdoors, practicing staying focused and responsive while navigating all kinds of distractions around her. From people and sounds to movement and the surrounding environment, training in these settings helps dogs learn that their obedience doesn’t only apply in a quiet training space—it applies wherever they go.

Building a reliable heel takes consistency, communication, and the ability to work through distractions. By gradually increasing the difficulty of the environment, we can help dogs become more confident, focused, and dependable in everyday situations.

At Precision Dog Training Academy, we believe training should prepare dogs for real life. Our goal is to help owners develop obedience that translates from the training facility to sidewalks, parks, neighborhoods, and other everyday environments throughout Kansas City.

We were honored to have the pleasure of training and caring for Apollo while his dad, Hunter Nourzad #64, took the field for the Kansas City Chiefs in their first preseason game of the 2026 season! Dior and Luna had an incredible time on their training outing, exploring new environments, practicing their obedience, and sharing plenty of sweet moments together—including an adorable snoot touch! 🐶❤️🐶
